Clinical supervision

You can care deeply about your clients and still have questions. I offer individual and dyad supervision—a place to think things through, bring the hard parts, and keep growing as a clinician.

A real conversation

Support for the person doing the supporting

Clinical work asks a lot of you. Supervision creates room to reflect on your work, consider different perspectives, and talk honestly about where you feel confident and where you feel stuck.

Bring questions about case conceptualization, boundaries, ethical considerations, or the impact this work has on you. You don’t have to arrive with a polished answer.

I’m Aunastasia Zsidiewicz, PhD, LICSW, CADC I, an EMDRIA Certified Therapist. My clinical background includes trauma care, EMDR, and substance use counseling. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded in thoughtful clinical practice.

Getting started

Let’s make sure it fits

  1. 01

Tell me what you’re looking for

Start with a free consultation. We’ll talk about your professional background, what you want from supervision, and whether individual or dyad sessions make sense.

  2. 02

    Clarify requirements first

If you need hours toward licensure or a credential, tell me your profession, state, and specific requirements. We’ll clarify supervisor eligibility and any agreement before counting sessions toward those requirements.

  3. 03

    Set a clear foundation

We’ll discuss goals, availability, fees, confidentiality, and how to bring de-identified case material to our work together.

A little clarity

Questions you might have

What is dyad supervision?

A dyad brings two clinicians into a supervision session together. It offers shared discussion and reflection in a smaller format. The fee listed here is $90 for a one-hour session; we’ll confirm payment arrangements directly.

Will supervision count toward my license?

That depends on your profession, jurisdiction, and the applicable requirements. Please confirm the arrangement with me and your licensing board before relying on any sessions as qualifying hours.

Is this EMDR certification consultation?

Clinical supervision and EMDR certification consultation are not interchangeable. My EMDRIA therapist certification does not by itself establish consultant status. If you need certification consultation, we’ll clarify the required qualifications before arranging anything.

How do I ask about availability?

Use the free consultation link or reach out directly. Please do not include client names or identifying clinical details in an initial email or scheduling request.
