Contact & scheduling
Let’s take the first step.
You can have questions. You can feel uncertain. A free consultation gives us a chance to meet and talk about what you need—before you decide to begin.
Direct scheduling
A simple place to start
- 01
Choose a free consultation
Open the scheduler and look for a consultation appointment. It’s a chance to ask about my approach, talk about your needs, and explore whether we’re a good fit.
- 02
Talk through the details
We can discuss session fees, availability, online appointments, and what type of support is most appropriate for you.
- 03
Decide what’s next
If you’d like to move forward, we’ll discuss starting care. If you’re ready to request a first session, the same scheduler is available above.
Fees & location
The details, upfront
The first session is $350; ongoing sessions are $300 per hour. Online care is available across Washington & Oregon State for ages 7 and older. We’ll talk through fit and any questions before you decide to begin.
For EMDR intensives, we’ll confirm the appointment length and full fee before you book. If you have questions about insurance, reimbursement, or payment, please ask during your consultation.
For online sessions, you’ll need a private space and a reliable internet connection. We’ll discuss anything else you need before your first appointment.

A little clarity
Questions you might have
Do I need a diagnosis before reaching out?
No. You can start by describing what’s been hard and what you hope might change. A consultation helps us decide whether this practice fits your needs.
Can I meet with you from outside Washington or Oregon?
This practice offers online therapy within Washington and Oregon. Let’s clarify your location during the consultation before arranging care.
What if I need immediate support?
The scheduler is not monitored as a crisis service. In immediate danger, call 911. For suicide or mental health crisis support in the U.S., call or text 988. For medically concerning withdrawal, seek urgent medical care.
