Why I do this work

Real connection matters

I know firsthand what it’s like to feel stuck in traditional talk therapy. My own experience with EMDR was transformative, and it’s why I became an EMDR clinician.

I’m also in recovery myself. That doesn’t mean I know exactly how your life feels. It means I know that change is personal, that shame rarely helps, and that having someone alongside you can matter.

You don’t need to impress me, tidy up your story, or pretend you’re doing fine. We can start wherever you are.

My approach

Warm doesn’t mean surface-level

I bring compassion and clinical training to the same conversation. We’ll look at the patterns that are making life harder, understand where they came from, and work toward changes that matter to you.

My work focuses on childhood trauma, sexual abuse, complex PTSD, dissociation, anxiety, and substance use. EMDR is one part of that care, alongside preparation, grounding, and an ongoing conversation about what you need.

I want you to feel able to ask questions, disagree, and let me know when something isn’t working. Your voice belongs in the room.
