Breaking Boulders Counseling

Online therapy · Washington & Oregon · Ages 7+

You don't have to carry this anymore.

Trauma, anxiety and EMDR therapy for kids, teens and adults — specializing in childhood trauma, sexual abuse, complex PTSD and dissociation. All from the comfort of home.

Is this you?

What you might be carrying

Healing isn't about "fixing" you — it's about reclaiming the parts of you that trauma tried to bury.

  1. 01

    Always on guard

When trauma has shaped your nervous system, it's hard to feel safe — even when you know you are. Together we teach body and mind to feel grounded again.

  2. 02

    Overwhelmed, or shut down

Survivors often swing between flooding and numbness. You'll learn to feel and trust your emotions without being consumed by them.

  3. 03

    The past keeps intruding

Flashbacks, nightmares, memories that hijack your day. With EMDR, those memories lose their power.

  4. 04

    Shame and “not good enough”

Trauma warps how we see ourselves. We rebuild that relationship — rooted in truth, compassion and resilience.

  5. 05

    Talking hasn't been enough

EMDR isn't retelling your story over and over. It helps your brain heal the way it was always meant to — beyond words.

Aunastasia, EMDR therapist

Meet your therapist

Hi, I'm Aunastasia.

Aunastasia Zsidiewicz, LICSW

I know firsthand what it's like to feel stuck in traditional talk therapy. My own transformation through EMDR was profound — it's why I became an EMDR clinician. I'm also in recovery myself, so substance use isn't something I only know from training: I've lived it, and I know what getting well actually takes.

With me, you're safe to show up exactly as you are. We'll uncover the patterns holding you back, build lasting resilience, and create a life that fits your values.

You are worthy of healing, of growth, and of happiness.
