I am physically located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and offer exclusively online therapy to folks in Washington and Oregon.

The first 53-minute session fee is $250, and each 53-minute session fee after that is $210. We will likely meet weekly for the first month and then decide whether to continue to meet weekly or biweekly.
Payment is due at the end of each session and can be made via card (including HSA) through my secure online portal. While I do not accept insurance, I can provide a superbill (receipt), which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement if you’d like.

Our time will be spent getting to know each other, discussing what brings you to therapy, and the goals you’re hoping to achieve. We will discuss informed consent and confidentiality and answer any questions you may have.

I meet with clients weekly and biweekly at minimum. This consistency maximizes the impact of the work and allows us to make legitimate progress toward your goals.
The length of therapy highly depends upon the person, the problem, and the goals.
Some people come for a “check-in” type of experience. They only want/need a handful of sessions and feel equipped to move on. Others prefer to dive in and do deeper work, and those individuals may choose to commit to longer periods of time.

STANDARD NOTICE
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises

I do not accept insurance, but I am happy to provide you with documentation (also known as a superbill) for out-of-network benefits at the end of each month. If you plan on using these benefits, I recommend that you contact your insurance company to make sure they cover out-of-network services and to ask how to submit for reimbursement.
I do accept HSA cards for full or partial payment.

I require that clients cancel 48 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if you provide less than 48 hours notice for a cancellation. This is necessary because the time is reserved and held exclusively for you.
